Vaibhav Singh is the visionary founder of EqualCare Welfare Foundation. As a passionate advocate and dedicated changemaker, Vaibhav has committed his career to creating positive social and environmental impacts. With a firm belief in the power of collective action, he founded EqualCare to address three critical global challenges: employment generation, income equality, and climate change.
With a background in law and social advocacy, Vaibhav has always been deeply invested in issues of fairness and sustainability. Senior Developer Shikha Singh
Introduction: O.P. Mishra (Om Prakash Mishra)
O.P. Mishra (born: July 1, 1962) is a distinguished legal expert, thinker, and social worker whose life has been dedicated to education, justice, and community service. He began his early education at Government Middle School, Paharganj, New Delhi, and completed his high school at M.B.D.A.V. Senior Secondary School, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi. He pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from M.M.H. Degree College, Ghaziabad (Meerut University), and an LLB from the University of Allahabad.
After completing his LLB, Mr. Mishra practiced law for three years at the Sultanpur District Court in Uttar Pradesh. He later joined the Delhi State Industrial Development Corporation as an Assistant Legal Officer. In 1991, he was selected for the Uttar Pradesh Prosecution Service, where he served in various capacities, culminating in his retirement in 2022 as Additional Director of Prosecution.
Mr. Mishra is deeply empathetic towards the underprivileged, oppressed, and marginalized sections of society. He is committed to building a peaceful, equitable, and prosperous community. Originally hailing from Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, he spent a significant part of his life in Delhi and now resides in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
A firm believer in the transformative power of education, he views it as the foundation for holistic development. Known for his eloquence, dedication, intellectual depth, and humble demeanor, Mr. Mishra is now actively contributing to social welfare as a part of the Equal Care Welfare Foundation.
ओ. पी. मिश्रा (जन्म: 1 जुलाई 1962) एक प्रख्यात विधि विशेषज्ञ, चिंतक और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं, जिनका जीवन शिक्षा, न्याय और समाज सेवा के प्रति समर्पित रहा है। प्रारंभिक शिक्षा गवर्नमेंट मिडिल स्कूल, पहाड़गंज, नई दिल्ली से प्राप्त करने के बाद, उन्होंने एम. बी. डी. ए. वी. सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल, यूसुफ सराय, नई दिल्ली से हाई स्कूल किया। उन्होंने बीएससी की पढ़ाई एम. एम. एच. डिग्री कॉलेज, गाजियाबाद (मेरठ यूनिवर्सिटी) से और एलएलबी इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से पूरी की।
एलएलबी की पढ़ाई के उपरांत, श्री मिश्रा ने सुल्तानपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला न्यायालय में तीन वर्षों तक वकालत की। इसके बाद उन्होंने दिल्ली राज्य उद्योग विकास निगम में सहायक विधि अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य किया। वर्ष 1991 में उत्तर प्रदेश अभियोजन सेवा में चयन के उपरांत, उन्होंने विभिन्न पदों पर कार्य करते हुए 2022 में अपर निदेशक (एडिशनल डायरेक्टर) के पद से सेवा निवृत्ति प्राप्त की।
श्री मिश्रा समाज के पीड़ित, शोषित और वंचित वर्गों के प्रति गहरी संवेदनशीलता रखते हैं और एक शांतिप्रिय, समतामूलक एवं समृद्ध समाज के निर्माण के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध हैं। जनपद सुल्तानपुर के मूल निवासी होने के बावजूद, उनका अधिकांश जीवन दिल्ली में व्यतीत हुआ और वर्तमान में वे गोमती नगर, लखनऊ में निवास करते हैं।
उनका विश्वास है कि शिक्षा ही सर्वांगीण विकास की कुंजी है। एक ओजस्वी वक्ता, कर्मठ कार्यकर्ता, विचारशील चिंतक और सहज-सरल व्यक्तित्व के धनी, श्री मिश्रा अब Equal Care Welfare Foundation के साथ जुड़कर समाज कल्याण के लिए अपना योगदान दे रहे हैं।
